Return & Refund Policy

At Brotilo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return your item following the guidelines below.


Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service to obtain the return address.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.
  4. In some cases, return shipping is free. If the return is not due to a Brotilo error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Intimate products
❌ Gift cards
❌ Custom-made items
❌ Digital products
